Secure a National Book Development Board Certificate of Registration/Accreditation as a PUBLISHER (for enterprises) or as an AUTHOR/WRITER (for individuals).

As per Public Advisory No. NLP-01 s. 2023, first-time and previous ISSN applicants must submit a copy of the company Identification card for the institutional account and any valid identification card bearing the address of the publisher for the individual account. 

 

What type of numbering system will you apply?
A valid email address. All emails from the system will be sent to this address. The email address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by email.
Several special characters are allowed, including space, period (.), hyphen (-), apostrophe ('), underscore (_), and the @ sign.
The publisher is the group, organization, company or individual who is responsible for initiating the production of a particular publication. Normally, the publisher is also the person or body who bears the cost or financial risk in making a product available. It is normally the printer, but it can be the author of the book if the author has chosen to publish their book themselves.
