Considering the Compliance dated May 19, 2003 of Estela Teresita C. Rosete, executive Clerk of Court III of the First Division of the Sandiganbayan, manifesting that the records of Criminal Cases Nos. 195-200, entitled “People of the Philippines vs. Valentino G. Castillo, et al.” were transmitted to Atty. Teresita G. Maisip Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief, Judicial Records office of this court on May 14. 2003, as well as the transmittal letter attached thereto enumerating that the following records were forwarded to this Court:

and it appearing that all the transcript of stenographic notes and exhibits were not among those transmitted to this Court, Atty. Estela Teresita C. Rosete is hereby required to elevate to this Court said transcripts of stenographic notes and exhibits within (10) days from notice.
